I’m Taylor, a therapist who specializes in treating OCD and anxiety disorders. I work with people who feel stuck in their thoughts, uncertain about who they are, or burned out from trying to hold it all together. Many of my clients are navigating faith transitions, identity shifts, or life changes that have left them feeling untethered.

My approach is structured, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practices like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These methods help you move through fear instead of around it — building trust in yourself as you go.

Therapy with me isn’t about endless venting or vague advice. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what you can do about it. I’ll bring clarity, warmth, and direction — and we’ll move at a pace that’s both grounded and meaningful.
